Insomnia is horrible. It affects every aspect of our daily life - and often the lives of those around us. Sadly, there is no overnight cure, however CBTi is a highly effective treatment that is much more successful than medication.

CBTi is a behavioural treatment that focuses on YOUR sleep problem - how it started, why it continues and how it affects how you think, feel and behave. After an initial assessment, we will develop a treatment plan and work with you to address the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that prevent you from sleeping well.

By the end of treatment, you will have the information and practical strategies you need to ensure your new, healthy sleep pattern is sustainable for the long-term.
